Superhuman speed, "Lending" velocity to other objects/people, Superhuman endurance, Accelerated healing, Phasing by vibrating his molecules at the correct speed, Supercharged brain activity

Weaknesses:
Can't run without friction - So in essence, can't run on ice. It is also difficult to brake from extreme speeds, braking distance increases significantly the faster he goes. It is difficult to change his momentum, i.e sharp turns mid-run. Increased gravity will cause speed to decrease or cease entirely.
