PostSubject: It's a Nice Day For a First Date   It's a Nice Day For a First Date EmptyWed Jun 06, 2012 7:41 pm

The super had no troubles keeping up with the other while the two had gone off from the infirmary and off towards the gardens. Or more like, Tim guiding the other to their destination. But the end result was the same, and the two were soon outside in the sunshine. The hybrid took a moment to enjoy the warmth, though he had felt it earlier when he went to the church.

Blue eyes looked about towards the blossoming flowers before resting them on the young man next to him. Without a word, he grabbed Tim's hand and laced their fingers together. Giving his boyfriend a soft smile, he brought himself a bit closer until their shoulders were touching.

"Which path do you want to take?" he asked, tilting his head a bit to the side. Since Tim was the one who had been cooped up inside, it seemed best that he got to decide where they end up while walking in the vast gardens.

Tim looked around at the area, it seemed so much brighter. So much more vivid since the last time he had been out here.

Bad habit of a mental breakdown. Tim rolled his eyes at the thought before looking at Kon, who had his hands lacing into his fingers. The ex-Boy Wonder's cheeks felt a little warm as he intertwined his fingers within the confines of Kon's own. Tim smiled back, abet shyly as his shoulder brushed Kon's own.

"Why think? Just move." Tim offered to the taller, more muscled hybrid.

"Why think? Just move."

Kon grinned and nodded. "Ok then." He glanced briefly at some of the paths shown before quickly picking the one straight ahead. He began to move, bringing Tim along with him since their hands were still joined. As they walked along the path, Kon look around at the flowers. Some he recognized, roses and lilies, but others he had no clue as to what they were called.

Occasionally, he'd peek at Tim from the corner of his eye. It seemed his mind was suddenly a blank of what to say. He and Tim knew each other for years, so there wasn't much to ask about. They also spent a lot of time together over the past couple of weeks in the infirmary. What was there for him to bring up to talk about?

Well there was one thing he really wanted know. Since the time he and Tim first kissed in the ex-Boy Wonder's room. "Hey um Tim? When exactly did you start liking me?" he asked, his cheeks flushing a little when he finally asked it. He had been very curious. He knew that Tim liked him back when he was dating Cassie, but when did it start? And what made the other like him so much in the first place?

It's a Nice Day For a First Date Empty
PostSubject: Re: It's a Nice Day For a First Date   It's a Nice Day For a First Date EmptyWed Jun 06, 2012 10:45 pm

Tim noticed Kon picking the most straight forward path, something he had known the Boy of Steel to always do even when straight forward wasn't exactly the best case. Kon seemed to be enjoying the flowers and the sights while Tim just shut his eyes and blindly followed.

It was nice to let someone else lead and the silence was nice, comfortable and not awkward. Something he was thankful for.

"Hey, um, Tim? When exactly did you start liking me?" Tim slowly opened his eyes, blushing fiercely as he tried not to make eye contact. Would it be weird to be honest? Maybe just a little...

"U-uh..." Tim started trying to find words, when he finally grasped them he just blurted it out.

"I was eleven. Uh... y-yeah..." Tim tried not to fidget but he let his fingers tighten slightly on the hand he was holding afraid that the hybrid might leave.

"...Bats tend to have crushes on Supers. It's... it's weird. Dick always had this hero worship crush on Clark and... well... yeah..." Tim felt his cheeks almost burning him. He had been such an awkward kid and teen.

PostSubject: Re: It's a Nice Day For a First Date   It's a Nice Day For a First Date EmptyThu Jun 07, 2012 2:36 am

Kon watched curiously as Tim tried to avoid looking him in the eye. He seemed embarrassed. Ah well, the question was perhaps a bit embarrassing to answer. Maybe he shouldn't have asked? But he wanted to know so badly.

"I was eleven. Uh... y-yeah..."

Kon blinked before he felt his eyes widened. As his mind took in what the other said, he barely took notice of the hand in his tightening on it's hold. Tim... liked him for that long? That's... nine years. Almost a whole decade. he thought, his cheeks growing a light rosy color.

The mention of bats having crushes on supers were what caught his next attention. Hearing that Dick had a crush of sorts on Superman... well that was kind of funny actually. "He did? Really?" he asked, a small smile on his face while his mind was still a little dazed. "Can't say I'm too surprised. A lot of people like Superman." he added, his voice growing a little distant as he finished his sentence.

Shaking his head lightly he looked back at Tim. "So... since you were eleven?" he asked, his surprise turning into a bit of giddiness. Though why since then puzzled him. back then his anger management problems were much worse. His powers hadn't been quite manifested yet. And two weren't nearly as close as they were a little later in their Young Justice days.

"What about me made you like me?" he asked, genuinely curious. What had attract the young genius to him all those years ago?

PostSubject: Re: It's a Nice Day For a First Date   It's a Nice Day For a First Date EmptyThu Jun 07, 2012 1:31 pm

"Yeah... he did. Bruce told me once that Dick had to be escorted out of the Bat Cave because he could stop blabbing all of Bruce's innermost secrets to the guy. Then again he was ten and hero worship is just horrible at that age. At one point Dick asked Bruce if he'd marry Superman. I think he was benched for like a week or something." Tim said, clearly amused and trying to disable the fact that he knew Supes had been a sore spot for the hybrid.

"Oh, no. This wasn't like other people. It was honestly on a weird level for a while. But Dick grew out of it, thankfully." Not really.

Tim felt his cheeks warm even more when Kon spoke, "Since eleven... huh?" It felt weird to hear it, or at least listening to Kon speak about it.

"...I liked watching you move." Tim looked to the ground, severely avoiding eye contact.

"You weren't fluid, you fumbled about, and you always hit just a little too hard. But the way you moved just... was obscene and before I knew it, I was hooked."

It's a Nice Day For a First Date Empty
PostSubject: Re: It's a Nice Day For a First Date   It's a Nice Day For a First Date EmptyThu Jun 07, 2012 3:53 pm

Hearing how bad it seemed Dick's hero worship had been left the hybrid chuckling. But upon the married comment, he was full on laughing. Batman? The Batman marrying Superman? The image was just too funny. The two are close sure. But marriage? Kon's laughter was loud but cheerful as he stopped walking for a moment to have his free arm wrap around his side. "That's- that's too funny." he said, trying to calm himself down.

"I see what you mean by weird level." he said after he got a better hold of himself. But then his cheeks warmed up as Tim admitted to what caused him to like the hybrid so. He liked... watching me move? There wasn't anything exactly wrong with the words themselves, but yet with the way Tim was blushing and looking away form him, made the clone flush.

The flush darkened a little as Tim kept on speaking. But this was out of embarrassment. He had been a bit more clumsy of sorts back then. He wasn't exactly graceful now but he was a bit better. He liked those faults of mine? It was a bit confusing, but it also made him feel happy. Tim hadn't seen him as too big a screw up. And he kept liking me. Even after we found out my human 'father' was Luther. Even after he made me go nuts and attack Tim and the others.

It made his heart sore, though he wasn't sure if he deserved such affections. Deciding not to think of where those thoughts were heading, he placed a pack on the side of Tim's head. "Obscene?" he asked, deciding to focus on that word that Tim used to describe him back in the day.

Tim would have laughed, but he honestly didn't find it as funny as the hybrid did. Tim's face just let the redness spread to his ears.

"Yes, obscene. O-b-s-c-e-n-e Adjective: (of the portrayal or description of sexual matters) Offensive or disgusting by accepted standards of morality and decency. You used to... walk like... uhm..." Tim cleared his throat trying to figure out how to exactly word it.

"Like you weren't good enough. Like you'd never be good enough. But you were too... too stuck on biology to realize how right and perfect you really were. I wanted to approach you, tell you everything I had witnessed... but... how do you go up and tell someone 'hi, i'm robin and i want to let you know you walk around like you hate yourself but i know you're a good guy so walk differently.' Yeah, right." Tim said with a snort. Like that would have flown well with the anger management issued hybrid.

"...but you figured it out on your own. I just happened to notice your mannerism changes more quickly than others. But they were so drastic and yet other times so subtle... and I'm rambling I'm going to shut up now." Tim shut his mouth, his lips almost turning into lines.

"I know what it means." Kon grumbled, pouting a bit. He knew Tim was a genius and all, and that he wasn't as smart, but that didn't mean the other had to explain everything. What he didn't get was how it had applied to him with the way he moved. Blue eyes widened as Tim began to explain. What he had seen when he watched the clone move. it- well it was a good description of how he felt back in those days. Would sometimes still feel.

"...but you figured it out on your own."

Kon smiled softly but shook his head. He waited until the other stopped before he opened his mouth to respond. "I didn't figure it out on my own." he said, looking t the other with a gentle smile. "I had some help." he said as he shrugged. "I had some good friends that I had made that made me feel like it was ok that I wasn't just like Superman or that he didn't give me the time of day back then." Blue eyes looked up towards the sky, a gentle look in them as he thought to all the friends he made. How they all had helped them.

"You helped me out the most." Kon looked back to the man he loved. Until they came to this earth, they had been just best friends. But it was something Kon treasured more than anything.

Tim almost wanted to laugh. He hadn't done much of anything, really.

"I was just the dorky kid people tolerated because I was a Robin and you can't say no to Batman." Or at least it felt like that in those days. Tim had been ultimately scared to talk to anyone besides Dick. It took a little while to even talk to Conner, but that was because Tim was so afraid of messing up in front of him.

"And don't give me credit where credit isn't deserve." It was a solemn smile but his blush had finally gone away enough to look at Conner without feeling stupid.

"I was... am your best friend, sure. But I didn't come until fives years after you... y'know." The Ex-Boy Wonder bit his lower lip before sighing through his nose.

"We should find a sunny spot and sit down in it. I'm sure the Kryptonian half of you would enjoy sun bathing." Plus I'm hell bent on getting a decent fucking cuddle before I'm stuck in that bed again.

It's a Nice Day For a First Date Empty
PostSubject: Re: It's a Nice Day For a First Date   It's a Nice Day For a First Date EmptySat Jun 09, 2012 6:33 pm

Kon rolled his eyes at the other's words. He couldn't exactly argue about the dorky part, the kid was a genius after all. He had the tendency to act a little dorky. But it was more than just because he was a Robin or Batman said so. "You proved your worth, and good leadership, on the team more times that I can count." he countered, shaking his head.

"And don't give me credit where credit isn't deserve."

The Kryptonian hybrid blinked as he looked at the other. He didn't speak at first, waiting for Tim to say what he meant by those words. He listened quietly, his hand squeezing just a little bit more at the hand it held. Then the subject was changed to finding a sunny spot. A small smile graced his lips at the thought. "Some sunshine sounds good." he said, blue eyes looking about for a nice spot.

Soon he spotted a grassy area next to a young maple tree. It was small enough that it wasn't providing much shade, added along with where the sun was, it was a good spot to rest against and get some sun. "How about over here?' he suggested, moving a little in that direction. As he did so, he decided to go back to what they were talking about.

"You may not have been there for the first five years of my life Tim, but you've been there for about everything else. You've been the one to give me support or wisdom when I needed it. A leader when we were a team. A true friend when I needed one the most. There's- there's a reason why you're my best friend." He said looking back at the other with serious eyes. "And why you're my boyfriend." he added with a soft smile, "So don't tell me I'm giving you credit when where it's not deserved."

Because you deserve it. He added in his mind, trying to relay that message through his eyes.

"How about over here?" Kon offered.

Tim looked over at the area before nodding, "That looks like a good spot." It was bland but he really didn't feel like talking about this right now. The was about them not about the team. Not about the past. Just them, here and now.

Tim's cheeks started to get warmer as Kon fussed. And by God did he fuss over the fact he thought he didn't deserve any of the credit. He just let the clone babble on until he stated something that startled him.

"There's- there's a reason why you're my best friend. And why you're my boyfriend."

"Why am I your boyfriend?" Tim blurted out and let his cheeks burn to his ears.

It's a Nice Day For a First Date Empty
PostSubject: Re: It's a Nice Day For a First Date   It's a Nice Day For a First Date EmptySun Jun 10, 2012 8:33 pm

"Why am I your boyfriend?"

The clone blinked at his boyfriend, pausing in his tracks. Did he seriously just asked that? Watching the deep flush that reached to the other's ears, Kon gave a soft smile and let out a chuckle. "Where do I begin?" he asked, mainly to himself. His free hand reached up to rub his chin as mock thought.

"Outside of what I already said, you've understood me better than anyone else, sometimes even better than I know myself. You're so smart, it's like you know everything, but you can still find joy in more simple pleasures. And don't mind spending time with someone like me, who's no where near as smart. But you're not just smart, you're funny and you're strong. I mean, something I've always admired about you was how, even though you didn't have any powers, you would go out and fight against the psychos of the world. You'd fight despite the danger of it all, despite that you're just human." he said, his eyes sparkling as he spoke.

"Sometimes I can forget just how fragile the human body really is, how fragile you can be when I see you fight. But that fragility is part of your charm." The hand that had been on his chin now reach out to stroke the other's cheeks. "Though sometimes scary as well." he added, thinking back to all the almost fatal moments he had seen Tim gone through. "You're so amazing Tim. And sometimes I wonder how I can even come close to you're level, with all the mistakes I've make and make. But then you have faults too, you make mistakes as well. And it makes me feel better knowing you're closer to reach."

Without a word, Kon released the hand that held Tim's hand and instead reached down to scoop the other up bridal style. As he did so, he continued to walk towards the sunny spot by the tree. "A lot of these thoughts have occurred even when we were friends. But I'm pretty clueless when it comes to romantic stuff. A bit slow in seeing things until they're pointed out. But once I see it, it all comes rolling fast and I get everything pretty quick. So when you kissed me, and how good and right it felt, well everything just clicked." Kon chuckled out a bit as they grew closer to the tree.

"And really I should have seen it before. Because it feels so right whenever we're together. Being with you I feel so comfortable and at ease. When you're not there I'm all edgy. Did you know that when you left the Titans I started to enjoy being on the team less? I used to sneak out of the farm to come spend the night at Titan Tower all the time. But after you left I stopped sneaking out and being a Titan almost felt more like a chore, a job. It wasn't fun anymore. You weren't there and it just didn't feel right anymore." A small sigh left his mouth just as they reached the tree. The hybrid slowly got down on his knees before setting Tim down. He sat next to the other soon after.

"When you're gone I miss you, when you're sad or hurt I want to make you better. I want to protect you, but not because I don't think you can handle on your own. I know you can, and sometimes you seem to only hold out on your own and makes me want to do something- anything so that you're not alone. Whether it's fighting beside you or protect you, or just hold you I just want to be of something for you." Looking at Tim, Kon took a look deep into a matching pair of blue eyes. "I love you Tim. And this is why you're my boyfriend."

It's a Nice Day For a First Date Empty
PostSubject: Re: It's a Nice Day For a First Date   It's a Nice Day For a First Date EmptySun Jun 10, 2012 9:26 pm

"Where do I begin?"

Tim blinked his eyes, Conner had a list? Seriously? Tim felt his heart start to thud a bit louder at the thought. Conner had a list of why he liked the ex-Boy Wonder.

"You'd fight despite the danger of it all, despite that you're just human."

The Robin almost frowned, sure the hybrid had peppered the words he spoke with niceness and praised but being called human almost felt like an insult. Then again, all of his friends were not human. He didn't feel human. He almost didn't want to be human sometimes. Instead of frowning, he pouted. He shouldn't get upset, a lot of the team had thought he was out of his league at one point or another.

But then again, underestimating his abilities had been the reason battles were quickly won. He'd let it slide for now.

"You're so amazing, Tim. And sometimes I wonder how I can even come close to you're level,"

Conner Kent, you're a human/Kryptonian hybrid. You've always been out of my league. Tim thought to himself as his head fluttered and his stomach felt oddly weird. He almost wanted to cough to make the feeling go away, even though it was a nice feeling.

He was pulled out of his mental rambling when Conner just picked him up. Tim yelped but flung his arms around the Boy of Steel's neck to keep himself upright for a moment before settling into the muscled arms.

You're not half bad at the romantic things.

Then Kon just started to spew information, about everything that had happened with the Titans as they made their way to the tree. He didn't even care what Conner was saying. Blood rushed and pumped loudly in his ears, he knew how badly he was blushing and it made him a little light headed.

Conner put him down as he sat down. Tim moved to his knees and knelt in front of the hybrid, pretending to listen even if he couldn't hear it. He wanted to hear it. To squash the self doubt from his mind.

"I love you, Tim. And that's why you're my boyfriend."

Tim's eyes stung for a moment. Did Kon just...?

Did... he...?

Tim almost let a tear fall out of his eye before pushing himself forward, throwing his arms around Kon's neck.

"I don't deserve you, I don't. But, by God Kon I love you, I've loved you for years." Tim let the tears just come out as his body shook, he was happy. By God he was happy. He moved his face back to look at Kon's own before pushing his mouth to Kon's, just wanting to feel the texture. To know this was really happening.

PostSubject: Re: It's a Nice Day For a First Date   It's a Nice Day For a First Date EmptySat Jun 23, 2012 1:27 am

The reaction he got was... well a little unexpected. Tim looked at him in shock, as of he hadn't expected to hear what he had said. Then again, I did list a bunch of stuff I don't normally talk about. he thought. Perhaps whatever Tim had expected ti be a reason some of what he said wasn't?

As arms wrapped around his neck, Kon blinked as he instinctively placed his own around his boyfriend's waist. At the other's words, the hybrid gave a look that was a mix between a smile and a frown. Although he was always glad to hear the other say he loved him, he wasn't to pleased about the not deserving bit. Why did Tim think like that? If anyone didn't deserve anyone, it was that Kon didn't deserve Tim. He had screwed up many times in the past that could have made the other hate him, leave him, and yet here he was in his arms. Sprouting out tears while speaking words of love. How did Kon-El deserve this?

The Kryptonian hybrid brought one hand up to brush away some tears before Tim crashed their lips together. Blue eyes slowly closed as he added pressure into the kiss, sucking the bottom lip. Arms wrapped a little tighter around the waist to bring Tim closer. This was something that hadn't happened in a while. And it was so good. Being with Tim like this was great.

PostSubject: Re: It's a Nice Day For a First Date   It's a Nice Day For a First Date EmptySat Jun 23, 2012 1:48 am

Tim felt his waist being pulled into Kon's chest as he practically melted into the kiss. Goose bump rose on his skin as the Boy of Steel sucked on his lower lip, in response the younger of the pair opened his mouth.

He missed these moments. For as smart as he was, he couldn't ever understood why he could have been so stupid. He suddenly didn't need Dick attention, Dick's love. He had everything he needed straddled under him.

The ex-Boy Wonder moved his legs to where his knees were placed around Kon's body and not folded up in a kneeling position. He then slid his fingers into the shorter part of Kon's hair, running his fingers through the soft strands as he made himself comfortable in the embrace.

PostSubject: Re: It's a Nice Day For a First Date   It's a Nice Day For a First Date EmptySun Jun 24, 2012 12:47 am

As Tim's mouth opened up, Kon took a moment to suck on the bottom lip a little longer before sticking his tongue into the other's mouth. The muscle moved and rubbed against the wet flesh within, taking in the taste and feel he had become familiar with. Though with how long it had been since they had last kissed like this, it was like getting reacquainted after a long absence. It was familiar, yet a little different at the same time.

The hybrid felt Tim move his legs, the body moving a little lower as the raven-haired man straddled him. Hands moved to the super's hair and and Kon pressed closer as he deepened the kiss. His arm held firm around the waist while his other arm moved up, his hand rubbing against Tim's back.

Soon, Kon pulled back for hair. He took only a moment to breath before plunging his tongue back in as his hand crawled up into the soft raven locks. A low rumble left his throat as he kissed the other, a mix between a hum and a moan.

PostSubject: Re: It's a Nice Day For a First Date   It's a Nice Day For a First Date EmptySun Jun 24, 2012 1:39 am

Tim felt Kon's felt the tongue invade his mouth and let his own tongue slowly massage the muscle that belonged to his boyfriend. He tugged lightly for purchase on the strands, which in the end was harder than actually being spoken about. Tim felt, for the first time, Kon's arms snaking their way up his back. He couldn't suppress the sheer excitement at feeling the touch and knowing who was giving it.

they both parted for a moment to catch their breaths then returned to their previous positions except Kon moved his hand into Tim's hair. The feelings were different. He could feel the skin lightly tugging at his hair. He gave a muted moan, most of it traveled into Kon's mouth where it should have stayed, and then was also returned by said person.

The ex-Boy Wonder slid his arms back, removing them from the hair as he pressed his chest as closely as he could to the Boy of Steel's chest without breaking their heated kiss. This, if there was no other, was a reason to live. Maybe he could convince Kon to find other reasons later... well.

Kon, right now, was the biggest reason to live.

Even if there was no other.

It's a Nice Day For a First Date Empty
PostSubject: Re: It's a Nice Day For a First Date   It's a Nice Day For a First Date EmptyTue Jun 26, 2012 12:37 am

The ex-Boy Wonder pressed closely to the Boy of Steel, chest against chest as their lips remained in their heated lock. Kon-El could feel every touch, every shake, every little move Tim did they were so close. And he loved every bit of it. The clone didn't want it to ever end. Being so close tot he other like this... well it was wonderful. And the hybrid didn't know how often the two could have moments like this.

Once again the passionate kiss was broken for the sake of air, though Kon really wished neither needed to breath so that such moments wouldn't have to end. But it did and as he panted for breath, blue eyes opened and burned brightly as he gazed at the other. His hand moved away from the soft raven locks to stroke his boyfriend's cheek before the hybrid decided to place his lips elsewhere.

Placeing his mouth just below Tim's ear, the clone licked and nibbled on the tender flesh. As he did so, the arm wrapped around the slim but firm waist moved to sneak its hand underneath Tim's shirt. The hand sought happily and hungrily beneath the shirt and up smooth soft flesh-

Smooth?

Kon stille dhis movements as his brows knitted together. That wasn't right. Moving his head away from the spot he had been giving attention to, Kon looked over Tim's shoulder down at his hand hidden beneath the shirt to confirm it was indeed touching Tim's skin. With a puzzled frown, he moved his hand up and down, feeling nothing but smooth skin. And then his blue eyes caught another sight. From his angle, he saw the back of Tim's neck. Pale as cream and looked soft to the touch. No angry red marks.... "Tim?' he spoke, his voice questioning.

Pulling back he looked at the other, his confusion very obvious. "What happened to your scars?" He knew scars were able to fade. But not so completely, and so quickly like that. Just two weeks ago the one on his neck was so bright. But now it was just gone? Impossible! So... what happened?

It's a Nice Day For a First Date Empty
PostSubject: Re: It's a Nice Day For a First Date   It's a Nice Day For a First Date EmptyTue Jun 26, 2012 8:00 pm

(( Jesus this turned out really long. @_@ Sorry for the late reply, things came up. x.x ))

Tim could have almost cursed the air around them, wishing he could hold out on breathing longer than three minutes and fourteen seconds. He opened his eyes, halfway to watch the super under him as he felt flushed and quite ready to move on to a different part of this, dare he say, make out session. Apparently, Kon had the idea first as he watched the male's hand lightly caress his cheek. His cheeks seemed to warm a little at the touch as his eyes opened a bit more to like at the steel blue eyes currently captivated by his own.

The hybrid's face moved, breaking there looking gaze. Tim responded by linking his arms tighter around his boyfriend. Sucking in a breath as the super took to licked and nibbled on some sensitive flesh behind his ears. He couldn't even hide the groan of pleasure the escaped his throat at the movements. Hands started moving under his shirt causing his heart to suddenly race. They hadn't gotten acquainted with their bodies since the shower incident. Tim almost turned beet red at the thought of what transpired.

But he didn't.

Kon's hands seemed to move in random directions like they were looking for something. Kon's mouth had stopped moving but suddenly Tim knew exactly what was going on. He automatically knew what to say, but saying it didn't make him feel better. so he kept quiet, shutting his eyes and wincing when the hybrids looked at him and spoke.

"Tim? What happened to your scars?"

The genius bit his lip as he tried, desperately not to look at the clone but felt like he had to.

"Protector. He... he felt pity. He told me what I did was stupid and I know, God I know how stupid I am... but something... he understood. It was like he had been where I was." Tim took a breath opening his eyes before his eyes flicked over to the bandage wrapped around his forearm.

"He... didn't like what I had done. He didn't like that I'd live with this never ending guilt of not being good enough. He... he took the scars away." The ex-Boy wonder shut his eyes, he didn't have a deep emotional attachment like Bruce did to his scars. They just reminded him of how he wasn't good enough or how much his parents hadn't loved him or even how much he hated himself.

"All of them." He whispered out, the mood completely ruined but Conner deserved to know. Even if it felt like he had made the worst mistake of his life.

It's a Nice Day For a First Date Empty
PostSubject: Re: It's a Nice Day For a First Date   It's a Nice Day For a First Date EmptyWed Jun 27, 2012 12:30 am

Before Kon even asked he could tell. Tim knew. The way those eyes squeezed tight and his body grew stiff in the hybrid's arms. He knew what the clone was going to ask. And when that question left his mouth, Kon wondered if the other was even going to tell him. The Bat Family had their moments of secrecy after all.

He watched as the other did his best not to look at the confused and worried growing clone. Why wasn't he looking at him? Just what had occurred to make the scars gone? And why did Tim not seem to want to speak about it?

"Protector. He... he felt pity."

Blue eyes widened as Tim spoke, the words sinking in. He ran into a Protector. One that wasn't Alfred? And he- he helped Tim out? Kon listened intently to the ex-Boy Wonder's story, taking in the words about this mysterious Protector who had done something huge.

Blue eyes finally opened and looked at him. And Kon felt his breath hitch at the look of sorrow and worry in his boyfriend's eyes. The words filled his heart with grief at the thought that Tim could have been living with guilt of not being good enough. Something that wasn't even true.

"All of them."

Kon felt in a trance almost. They were all gone? Every last one? Blue eyes glanced from Tim's face back down to the clothed body, remembering the last time he saw saw it without any clothes. That time in the shower, a blissful memory, was now made into a memory of all the scars he had seen. The scars that had mapped across the pale flesh, some faded and some deep and red. They had told of Tim's story. To imagine them gone... Well he just couldn't

Kon's hands rested themselves upon the hem of Tim's shirt, lifting up a little bit before he looked back up to Tim's face. "Can- Can I see?" he asked, his voice quiet and a bit shy.

Tim just swallowed and watched every emotion that passed through the clone's face. Mainly confusion as his head started to move from looking at his own face to his stomach. The genius blinked before flushing once more as Kon started to lift up his shirt.

"Can-Can I see?"

Tim exploded in a full bodied blush but nodded slowly, trying not to feel a little turned on by the situation. There wasn't a scar to hinder Kon's touches. Tim would feel it all, and more. He tried desperately not to shiver at the thought. But something came to mind.

"I... he... also made it so I couldn't cut myself, or if I did he'd show up and stop me." He swallowed, his throat felt dry. He missed Loki but he knew the man played both sides. He trusted the God, but he wasn't sure if others would instill faith in the Trickster.

Kon had glanced up in time to see the nod of approval. With Tim's encouragement, Kon began to lift up the shirt and remove it from the young man's body. As he did so, his eyes took in the creamy white skin that was revealed. Once the shirt was removed, all Kon could do was stare. It was a strange sight. To see this flawless pale flesh as Tim's body, to not let a single scare be left behind.

He lifted a hand up to reach out, but paused when Tim spoke. His focus was taken off of the skin by the other's words as he looked to his boyfriend's face. "He did?" Kon asked, blinking. He felt gratitude towards this nameless Protector who had done that. Though Kon would have preferred of Tim never cutting by his own power...

Blue eyes returned to the soft cream skin and once again he reached his hand out. This time it made contact and Kon took a moment to register the smooth and soft feel of the flesh. The hand moved up along the chest, fingers stretching out to feel as much as possible. It was so strange.

"It's like you've been made into a clean slate." he commented quietly, his gaze entranced. The story of Tim as Robin the Boy Wonder and Red Robin of their universe had come to a close. And now it was time for a new story. His hand continued to move along the skin before his eyes glanced towards the bandaged arm. If all his scars where gone... Then that one should be too. he thought. And without a second thought he brought his hand upon it. "Can I look here too?" he asked, his fingers feeling out the bandages.

Tim dumbly nodded, for once at a loss of words.

"It's like you've been made into a clean slate."

"My body is clean... not... not my mind. There's no such think as a clean slate." Tim mumbled out, shutting his eyes to just feel Kon moving his hands around his chest, stomach, and back. Feeling, exploring, like he really couldn't believe it. Blood shot down straight to his groin at the touches and he couldn't help but bite his lip from making any noises. The Boy of Steel might not having known it, but Tim's body wasn't used to having all of these receptors active. It was sending him to muddled brain land.

"Can I look here too?"

Tim only heard about thirty-four percent of the sentence but said something that almost didn't make sense.

"Look with your hands, not your eyes?" Tim's voice was breathy as he tried to gain some control over the melted mind of his.

"My body is clean... not... not my mind. There's no such think as a clean slate."

Kon felt his heart tug painfully at that. It was true. There was no such thing as a clean slate. Even after coming back from the dead, he was still guilty of the things he had done though he had not been in control of himself during those deeds. The harm Luther made him do to his friends. To Tim. Even coming back from the dead would never erase those sins.

"Right." he mumbled out, his voice a little distracted form his own thoughts. "I suppose it's more of turned into a blank page. A new story." he continued to mumble out as his hand stroked the bandaged arm. When Tim finally answered his question, he blinked and gave a confused look to the closed eyes male.

"I can't really see with my hands with the bandage in the way." he said, titling his head. As he awaited for the other to realize this simple obstacle, his other hand dropped Tim's shirt and began to rub lightly on the smooth and pale side of his boyfriend.
